## What Ensaria is

Ensaria is a planning tool that shows what your time is actually worth, forecasts deadlines from your own velocity, and helps you start every block with a clear first action. It is not a calendar, not a Pomodoro timer, not a productivity gamification app.

The assistant inside Ensaria is called Ensar — a deterministic engine that learns from your finished work and surfaces honest numbers (estimates, peak focus window, calibration). Never an LLM. Never trained on anyone else's data.

Pro is one calm price — €10/month or €99/year — for unlimited projects, all-time history, recurring work, project budgets, capacity awareness, cash-flow analysis, checkpoints, mobile push, and deeper Ensar insights.
Founders lifetime plan exists for the first 100 users at €149 one-time.
